search for government document

I was trying to find some document of Dorje Shugden. Then I realized I didn't see any document from any government. Can some one in the big search engines give us some way to look into the bewildering government documents?

I usually don't write any political in this blog, but I was really amazed by CNN yesterday. There was a full screen of pro-China supporter and China national flag everywhere at San Francisco, and CNN claimed those were protesters. I have been watching CNN lying by omission and manipulating for years, but this time it was unbelievable. They just didn't see what they were seeing and talked what they were supposed to say.
